The Superannuation Executive Remuneration Tool (SERT) was created by Reward Results to provide an immediate comparison and market scan of Executive & Board Director remuneration within the Australian superannuation sector.
The database draws from publicly disclosed information and includes 261 executives and 294 directors across 41 organisations from the latest financial year.
